Rooted Resilience is grounded in how I show up as a therapist - honest, authentic, and 100% real.
I’m a somatic trauma therapist who works with people navigating trauma, chronic illness, nervous system dysregulation, and the emotional weight of surviving too much for too long.
I work with trauma, nervous system overwhelm, chronic illness, and the kind of exhaustion that doesn’t go away with a weekend off.
Therapy with me is honest, human, and unfiltered. I swear sometimes. I laugh (and sometimes cry) with my clients. I’ll help you understand what your body has been trying to say long before your mind could put words to it.
Our sessions won’t feel stiff or clinical. I’m approachable, direct, and compassionate.
